Frenchtown

Frenchtown is a historic neighborhood that began during Reconstruction, when land was set aside for newly freed people, and later became a hub of Black-owned businesses. The Frenchtown Historic Marker Trail starts on Macomb Street across from Florida State's campus, and some markers include audio interviews with residents.
